Trigger point massages relieve the source of your pain by releasing constricted areas in the muscles to give you comfort. You can experience a significant decrease in pain after just one treatment. Receiving massage with trigger point therapy on a regular basis can help naturally manage pain and stress.
A hot stone massage session uses smooth, water-heated stones to ease muscle tension, stiffness and increase circulation. The stones are gently placed at key points on the body to give a deeper muscle relaxation. The heat from the hot stones can be deeply relaxing.
A deep tissue massage offers a deeper pressure to help relieve chronic muscle tension, pain and contracted areas. The massage focuses on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints) to relieve pain and restore normal movement.
Swedish massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Swedish style uses long gliding seamless strokes which induces a feeling beyond relaxation. A gentle and relaxing touch made for everyone
Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Aromatic essential oils medicinally improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.
